Orthossage Legal Disclaimer

The services provided by Orthossage are intended for relaxation, recovery, and general wellness purposes only. While massage therapy and complementary modalities may support overall wellbeing, they are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or care from a licensed medical professional.

Orthossage practitioners do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or perform medical procedures. Clients should consult with a qualified healthcare provider for any health concerns or medical conditions.

By receiving services at Orthossage, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own health and wellness choices. You affirm that you have disclosed any relevant health information to your practitioner prior to treatment and understand the risks involved with bodywork therapies.

Orthossage reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if contraindications are present or if a client fails to disclose medical conditions that may impact treatment.

All clients must be of legal age or accompanied by a legal guardian.

Terms & Conditions – Orthossage

Welcome to Orthossage. By booking services with us or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before scheduling an appointment.

1. Services

Orthossage provides massage therapy and related wellness services for relaxation, recovery, and general wellbeing. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Services are performed only by licensed or certified professionals where applicable.

2. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be booked through our online scheduling platform (Vagaro) or by contacting us directly. Availability is subject to change, and we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept major credit/debit cards and other forms of payment as listed on our booking page. All prices are in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.

4. Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance will be charged the full service amount.
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 8 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be canceled and charged at 100% of the service fee. If you arrive late but within the grace period, your session may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client, with full payment still required.
No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be charged at 100% of the service fee. Repeated no-shows may result in denial of future services.

5. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For first-time clients only, if you are not satisfied with your initial service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your appointment. Refund requests must be made in writing, and we may offer to address your concerns through a complimentary service before issuing a refund. This guarantee applies only to your first appointment and does not cover retail products.

6. Refund Policy (After First Appointment)

All services are non-refundable once rendered, except as provided under our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can work toward a resolution. Retail product returns may be accepted at our discretion if unused and unopened.

7. Health & Medical Disclosures

You must inform your provider of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or other health concerns before receiving services. Orthossage is not responsible for complications that arise from undisclosed conditions.

8. Client Conduct

We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Inappropriate behavior of any kind will result in immediate termination of the session, with full payment required, and possible denial of future services.

9. Minors

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must provide written consent to receive services.

10. Website Content

All content on the Orthossage website—including logos, text, images, and service descriptions—is the property of Orthossage and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Orthossage and its practitioners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our services, except as required by law. All services are received at the client’s own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Texas.

13. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
